Can I find Artisan Arches at my local store or medical provider?
We are constantly expanding in the retail market, but currently you can only order through our website and some medical providers. If your medical provider or shoe store does not carry Artisan Arches, have them contact our support team.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email with a tracking link once the item has shipped.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly refund any unopened, unused product minus a 10% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on opened/used product as they are considered a personal use item.
